We are currently looking for a model for our next commercial! We will be filming video and taking photos of the following cosmetic tattooing procedures below to be used in our marketing. Please be sure to check off all services you would like to be considered as a live model for below. To apply you will need to be at least 18 years of age or older, and have a valid form of ID. We will be giving a 50% Discount for the services performed on any models selected. Please select all services that you may be interested in being considered for below. All required paperwork and payment will need to be completed prior to the date we will be filming upon notification of being chosen, otherwise the discount and selection will be forfeited.
